Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. After that 7 day return window has closed, we won't accept return of items.

We care greatly about the quality and presentation of the items we sell to our customers and we check every item before dispatch so it meets with our high standards. Though accidents do happen and human error also, so read on to fully understand our return policy:

FAQ on returns:

1) "I have changed my mind, I don't want the item anymore, can I return?"

- We're a small business, we cannot accept returns if you have changed your mind, so please be careful when buying something from us. Many of our products are made to order by us with a custom design that is personalised specifically for you (i.e. - prints, t-shirt printing, greeting cards, tote bags, cups etc) are made to order as soon as the order comes in, we make and ship the items promptly, so we cannot accept returns if you've changed your mind. If you have any issues with your item please contact us.

2) "The item arrived damaged, the postal service has ruined the item, can I get a refund?"

Please contact us within the 7 day return window and send us photos and we will do our best to help fix this problem, if within the window we will be happy to refund you. Photos help us understand the problem so it doesn't happen again and we can send it as evidence to the postal service that we use, incase the item has been poorly handled by the shipping or postal company.

 

When is a return eligible?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. 

The buyer is responsible for the payment of the return, we will provide a return address if you have contacted us within the correct time and condition.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods custom products and custom made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We don't accept exchanges, so please be very careful when you purchase. We're a very small business, we cannot accept exchanges if you have changed your mind after purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We will always try to give you a pleasurable buying experience but where we're not at fault and the item meets the high standards, we as a small business cannot accept such returns or refunds.
